Estimated shipping times are approximately 2 working days for Italy, and about 5-10 days for countries outside Italy. Please take into account 1 working day for order processing for products ready for delivery. Gold, Silver and Mirra can not be held responsible for any damages, defects or losses from the moment the goods are delivered to the carrier. In the cases mentioned, Oro, Argento and Mirra will not guarantee either a refund or a replacement of the product. The carrier may refuse to take on damaged goods and will be responsible for any loss of goods from the time of collection. We will be happy to help you if you need more information. On-line, you can return the unused goods within 14 days from the shipping date to take advantage of the refund.
You will be reimbursed for the total goods. Shipping costs and additional costs are not refundable, unless the product is accepted or the product is not satisfied. Return processing times are approximately 14 working days.
Your refund can be considered in your profile or in the extract of your credit card or alternative method used within the month following the day of purchase. If the returned item was part of a promotion, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
1. Go to your account, click on “Request return” in the “Orders” section and fill in the required fields or write an email to email@example.com and request authorization for your return, do not forget to specify “resume request” in the field of the e-mail subject. 2. Include the original shipping note inside the package. (If you no longer have this document, address, telephone number, the name of the returned product and the order number.)

The items must be returned in excellent condition, unused with the whole package.
